every time new members

Heyho all,
i think we get in last time very much new players on servers and members in clan. I dont found that bad but:
-If we have so many new members i think we dont can be care about all what happens
-i hitnk it will be better if we will spectate the guys who want in clan for longer time, to be sure are they active on forum and server, do they respect rules and more ....

but we give them one month time to show us if they are active or not 
...if they do it then this becomes a habbit or sth

well happen as you see many of admins i mean by that lvl 4,5 include lvl 3
not active that much
so we need members man
and as chaox said ...we give them month before that
